Kiinteistö sijaitsee Toscanan ja Umbrian välissä, muutaman kilometrin päässä Arezzosta ja Cortonasta, kätkeytyneenä etruskien historiaan.

Tilalla on 4 taloa täysin kalustettuja, ja niitä ympäröivät suuret vihreät nurmikot. Jokaisen talon pinta-ala on noin 50 m2. ja siinä on keittiö-olohuone, kaksi makuuhuonetta, kylpyhuone suihkulla, veranta nauttiaksesi auringonlaskusta ja viileästä ilmasta kesäiltoina. Jokaisessa asunnossa on astiat ja liinavaatteet; Lasten sänkyjä ja tuoleja on saatavilla pyynnöstä.

Voit tehdä rentouttavia ratsastusretkiä , seurata yhtä monista vaellusreiteistä tai vaeltaa polkupyörillä , pelata jalkapalloa , pöytätennistä tai muita lasten pelejä.

Rentoutumista etsiville on mahdollista vilvoitella kylvyssä mt:n luomuuima-altaassa . 20 x 7, vesi on luonnollisesti puhdistettu viereisten lampien kautta ja ilman kemikaaleja.

Kontakti eläimiin ja luontoon, hitaat ja rentouttavat rytmit sekä esi-isiltä periytyneet perinteet motivoivat omistajien intohimoa työhön. Perheomisteinen maatila sijaitsee harmonisessa ympäristössä, jossa he viljelevät intohimoisesti kauden luomuvihanneksia, tuottavat viiniä ja ekstra- neitsytoliiviöljyä . Kasvatetaan eläimiä , lampaita, sikoja, lehmiä, aaseja ja hevosia.
