Ou-kiinteistö on ikivanha ja suuri kiinteistö, joka sijaitsee aivan Toscanan sydämessä, Luccan ja Firenzen välissä, kauniissa Svizzera pesciatinan laaksossa. Maalaistalossamme majoittuminen tarkoittaa upean kokemuksen elämistä läheisessä kosketuksessa näiden paikkojen koskemattomaan luontoon, maistelemalla maamme herkullisia tuotteita.

Tilalla on kaunis uima-allas, 6x12 metriä lähdevettä, josta on näkymät alla olevalle viehättävälle viinitarhalle, jossa on sängyt ja tuolit.

Lähellä uima-allasta on pääsy Toscany Disc Golfiin. Se on Italian ensimmäinen maatilan discgolf-kenttä, mahdollisuus pelata, kävellä Toscanan maaseudulla, ehkä näit jonkun "syövän" oliiveja tai keräämässä kastanjoita ja possusieniä.

Kaikilla lentoyhtiöillä on 7 polun sauvakävelypolkuverkosto, joka avattiin keväällä 2012 ja jonka kokonaispituus on 6 km.

Tilalla on myös pingispöytä, täydellinen leikkipaikka pienimmille, sekä alue konferenssille ja kätevä pesulapalvelu Podere Piastricciossa.

Villan sisällä on pieni kauppa, josta voit ostaa tyypillisiä tuotteitamme (kastanjajauhot, hunaja ja oliiviöljy, valmistettu perinteisillä menetelmillä perinteen mukaan).

Kiinteistön kokonaispinta-ala on noin 68 hehtaaria, josta suurin osa sijaitsee Poggio di Zanolla: ikivihreällä kukkulalla Vallerianan Pesciatinan alueella, jonka halki kulkee maatilatie, jota pitkin kohtaat maatalot 7 vanhaa maatilaa, jotka on nyt uudistettu niiden alkuperäistä arkkitehtonista linjaa kunnioittaen.
