Maalaistalo on kunnostettu kokonaan käyttämällä materiaaleja, jotka ovat mahdollistaneet A -energialuokan sertifikaatin saamisen täysin ympäristöä kunnioittaen.

Rakenteessa on aurinkosähköjärjestelmä, joka saa virtaa lämmitys- ja käyttöveden tuotantoon päiväsaikaan.

“La propriété est très très bien située pour profiter de l’ensemble des sites magnifiques de la région. Un peu a l’écart d’Alghero où l’on accède rapidement, l’endroit est calme et reposant. Idéal pour les vacances. Le gîte offre des prestations de grande qualité. Chambre spacieuse, climatisation et belle salle de bain. L’extérieur est aussi à la hauteur, jardin bien entretenu, piscine et spa . L’accueil de Gennaro et Anna vous décontracte tout de suite. Le petit déjeuner est un délice avec les gateaux maison ainsi que les confitures. Gennaro connait les bonnes adresses et aide aussi,aux réservations. Cela facilite grandement . Toutes les adresses, restaurants, plages et excursions étaient excellentes. En résumé un sejour magnique”
