Yrityksen omistava perhe asuu siellä ympäri vuoden ja toivottaa vieraat tervetulleiksi sydämellisesti ja kohteliaasti , jotta he voivat viihtyä.

Maatilarakennuksen erityinen 1700-luvun rakennustyyppi on tyypillinen esimerkki sisilialaisesta maaseutuarkkitehtuurista , jolle on ominaista keskipalkki, noin 400 neliömetrin nelikulmainen sisäpiha, jonka ympärille huoneet kehittyvät.
