Mökki Gubbio on osa kaunista 1700-luvun Villa Casolarea, kauniisti restauroitua ja sisustettu antiikkikalusteilla, ja siellä on ilmastointi.

Mökki Gubbio on kahdessa tasossa ja siinä on lämmin ja kutsuva tunnelma, jossa on ominaiset kattopalkit ja puulattiat. Se avautuu kivetty terassi alue pöydällä ja tuoleilla ruokailla ulkosalla ja on ihana uima-allas perusteilla täydellinen rentoutumiseen ja ottaen jäähdytys dip.

Pohjakerroksessa on kauniisti kalustettu olohuone, täysin varustettu keittiö, ruokapöytä ja tuolit sekä istuinalue, jossa on nojatuoleja ja satelliittitelevisio. Samassa kerroksessa on kahden hengen makuuhuone ja suihkuhuone. Portaat johtaa gallerian kerrokseen, jossa on lisäksi makuuhuone parivuoteella ja kylpyhuone, jossa on hierova kylpyamme. Kattopalkit ja puulattiat luovat kodikkaan ilmapiirin ja paikallisesti muotoillut takorauta- ja keraamiset kalusteet sekä vuosisadan vaihteessa antiikkikappaleet tarjoavat melko viimeistelyn.

Mökki Gubbio avautuu suoraan terassilla, joka on kalustettu pöytä, tuolit ja sateenvarjo aterioida ulkosalla ja muutaman askeleen päässä on ihastuttava uima-allas, joka sijaitsee navetan ja tärkeimmän maalaistalon välissä. Allas (14m x 5m) on sisustettu aurinkotuoleilla ja aurinkovarjoilla, ja sitä ympäröivät nurmikot, joissa on kypsiä puita varjossa. Hyvin hoidetuilla tontilla on myös grilli vieraille.
