Agriturismo on kutsuva rakennelma, joka on tyypillinen viime vuosisadan maaseutualueille. Hotelli sijaitsee laajassa maatalouslaaksossa, johon on istutettu viiniköynnöksiä, oliivipuita, vehnää ja runsaita laitumia.

Tämä maatila on ihanteellinen paikka lomalle, rentoutumiseen ja vierailuille Umbrian taidekaupungeissa: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi. Muutamassa tunnissa pääsee autolla Roomaan, Firenzeen ja Adrianmerelle.

Villille maaseudulle, mutta lähellä pääteitä sijaitseva kiinteistö on maalaismainen maalaistalo, joka on varustettu kaikilla moderneilla mukavuuksilla.
