Tilamme syntyi yli 70 vuotta sitten ja on aina harjoittanut kasvihuonekukkien kuten ruusujen, puutarhojen ja orkideoiden tuotantoa. Tällä hetkellä pääviljely on orkideoita, kelttejä ja kalleja. Kiinteistössä hajallaan olevan yli 300 oliivi- ja hedelmäpuun ansiosta (yli 15 000 m2 maata) tuotamme erinomaista oliiviöljyä, erilaisia säilykkeitä, hilloja, hasselpähkinöitä ja liköörejä, karanteeniperunoiden tuottajat.

Lasten pelit (DVD, 3D-TV, PLAYSTATION), Sky TV -huone, kuntoilu ja rentoutuminen (infrapunasauna, poreallas, juoksumatto, polkupyörä).

Maalaistalo sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla vierailla Genovan kaupungissa sen akvaarioineen, joka on yksi Euroopan rikkaimmista ja mielenkiintoisimmista, Vanhasta satamasta ja läheisestä historiallisesta Molon kaupunginosasta, Lanternasta ja museoista.
