Tässä huoneistossa on olohuone, jossa on minikeittiö, kahden hengen makuuhuone parivuoteella, kylpyhuone suihkulla ja suuri veranta. Se on varustettu erillisellä lämmityksellä.

Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva, mikä tekee asunnosta ihanteellisen kahdelle tai kolmelle hengelle. Minikeittiössä on jääkaappi ja pakastin, liesi 4 polttimella ja uuni sekä kaikki ruoanlaittoon tarvittava.

Tämä asunto on rakennettu vanhasta tallista ja huoneessa on edelleen pinnasänky, jolla sängyn pääty lepää. Toinen piirre on joidenkin ovien karmien pyöristyminen, joka johtuu eläinten ohikulkemisesta hankautumisesta.
