Hiljaisuus, kaunis luonnonmaisema ja hieno vieraanvaraisuus saavat sinut unohtamaan päivittäiset rytmit ja antavat sinulle hemmottelun tunteen; aivan kuten isovanhempien luona yleensä tapahtuu!

Rakenne on tyypillinen 1800-luvun maalaistalo, joka on kunnostettu säilyttäen menneisyyden ympäristöt ja majoitustyypit. Kylpyhuoneet on tehty taitavasti kaikkiin huoneisiin, 4 huonetta yhteensä 10 vuodepaikkaa, mutta silti voit hengittää vanhan vuoristotalon kotoisaa ilmaa.

Jopa aamiainen, koska koko maatilan elämä käy läpi vuodenaikojen vaikutuksen. Tästä syystä voit nauttia keväällä kakkuja, joissa on kirsikoita ja syksyllä pähkinöitä ja viikunoita sisältäviä makeisia; kaikki tiukasti kotitekoisia tuoreista ja aidoista aineksista. Klassisimpia reseptejä ovat ricotta-sitruunakakku, murokeksit ja hilloillamme täytetyt raviolit. Suolaisen maun ystäville on edelleen mahdollista maistaa paikallisia juustoja vuoristohunajan kera.

Illallinen tarjoillaan kiinteällä menulla tilauksesta vähintään 4 hengelle, palvelu ei ole saatavilla heinä- ja elokuussa.

Meillä oleskelusi aikana voit:

  • tarkkailla työtä pelloilla tai metsässä;
  • tarkkaile ruoan valmistusta: leivästä tuoreeseen pastaan aamiaisen jälkiruokiin;
  • maistaa juuri korjattuja hedelmiä ja vihanneksia;
  • maistaa viinejä yhdessä paikallisen suolalihan ja leivonnaisten kanssa;
  • maistaa teetä upealla luonnonterassilla talon edessä;
  • maalata tai pelata;
  • odota, lepää satavuotispuun varjossa, kuusipeuran kulkua. Pyynnöstä voit myös: tehdä vaellusta, myös oppaan kanssa; kerätä henkilökohtaisesti hedelmiä;
  • vieraile lähistöllä olevissa erilaisissa alueellisissa puistoissa;
  • seurata Pedro amanuensis -seminaareja goottilaisen kirjoittamisen oppimiseksi;
  • vieraile meijerissä ja vesimyllyissä löytääksesi ikivanhoja gastronomisia perinteitä vieraile kauniissa kaupungeissa, kuten Modena, Bologna ja Ferrara. Taidejalokivet ovat vielä vähän tunnettuja, mutta UNESCO on julistanut ne maailmanperintökohteeksi.

We were overwhelmed by the beauty of the place, the accommodation, the view is incredible over the mountains and valleys. Our host Valeria is a wonderful woman, she could not have done more for us. Italy is all about family and we honestly felt that Valeria treated us like family, warm and generous. It was a perfect introduction for us to this beautiful part of Italy. The house is clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed and a bonus spectacular location. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. We didn’t want to leave.”
