Itse tuotettu öljy IGP : perinteisillä ja luonnollisilla menetelmillä poimituista ja puristetuista oliiveistamme tulee yksi Toscanan tunnetuimpia ja halutuimpia öljyjä.

Extra-neitsytöljymme laatu ja erityispiirteet johtuvat monipuolisista maallisista puista ja alueen erinomaisista ilmasto- ja morfologisista olosuhteista.

Oma tuotettu viini : maatila ja viinitarhat sijaitsevat alueella, joka tunnetaan nimellä u2018Chianti delle colline pisaneu2019 (Pisan kukkuloiden chianti).

Vineillämme on akkreditointi IGT-merkki, ja niitä on tuotettu kellarissamme yli 30 vuoden ajan San Giovese-, Trebbiano-, Malvasia- ja Canaiolo-rypäleillä.

Grappa, vinsanto (makea valkoinen rusinaviini), hilloja, juustoja, pastaa : rakenteessa voit kokeilla henkilökohtaisesti tuotettuja vinsanto-, grappa-, samoin kuin kuuluisimpia Toscanan viinejä ja erilaisia tyypillisiä tuotteita, kuten hilloa, hunajaa, juustoja, pasta jne.

Voit myös kokeilla viinejämme ravintolassa tai suoraan huoneistoissa.

“The owners were so kind and hospitable. They work hard o make sure their guests are enjoying themselves. Plenty of advice and help in choosing where to go, how to get there and to enjoy a relaxing time. Even a pasta demonstration followed by a delicious dinner. Breakfast was plentiful and nutritious. The swimming pool was convenient and the pool area had plenty of space and chairs. Our room was air conditioned and comfortable. The wine and olive oil made on the farm were excellent and well worth taking a supply away when we left.”
