Tämä 1000-luvulta peräisin oleva maatila sijaitsee Monteferraton suojellun alueen sydämessä Praton vihreiden kukkuloiden keskellä, noin 30 km:n päässä Firenzestä.

Noin 20 hehtaaria tilasta on istutettu oliivitarhoja, joista saadaan erinomaista ekstra-neitsytoliiviöljyä. Tässä oliivitarhassa on erilaisia oliivipuita nimeltä "Frantoiano di Montemurlo", jolla uskotaan olevan terapeuttisia ominaisuuksia syövän ehkäisyssä.

Tilalla tuotetaan ekstra-neitsytoliiviöljyn lisäksi myös vihanneksia sertifioiduilla luomuviljelymenetelmillä.
