Massan yläpuolella kukkuloilla ja satoja vuosia vanhojen oliivipuiden ympäröimä loma-asunto on syntynyt äskettäin uudistetusta siirtomaatalosta, josta on noussut ylellisiä eri neliömetrin asuntoja, joissa on oma sisäänkäynti. Talosta on upea merinäköala Forte dei Marmin rannoilta Portoveneren ääriviivoille, mukaan lukien Malaspinan linna, joka sijaitsee kiinteistön lähellä.

Kaikki huoneistot on remontoitu huolellisesti säilyttäen siirtomaa-ajan talon arkkitehtoniset ominaisuudet katosta alkaen puisilla palkkeilla ja terrakotta-mezzanine-laatoilla, palautettu takaisin alkuperäiseen loistoonsa. Sijaitsee n. 3 km:n päässä Massan historiallisesta keskustasta ja 6 km:n päässä merestä, sen sijainti on ihanteellinen kompromissi maaseudun ja rannikon välillä. Hieman yli 1 km:n päässä on vaihtoehtoisesti San Carlon kylpyläkeskus, joka on kuuluisa lämpövesistään ja jossa on fysioterapiakuntoutuskeskus.

Halutessasi voit tehdä lyhyen matkan Versiliaan kuuluisan Forte dei Marmin kaupungin kanssa nähdäksesi tällä alueella usein vierailevia VIP-henkilöitä. Viareggio on myös kuuluisa talvikarnevaalistaan, ja siellä on miellyttävä kävelykatu.
