Loggia-huoneisto sijaitsee maalaistalon ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, jonne pääsee kiviportaita pitkin, jotka johtavat suurelle katetulle terassille, jolta on upea näköala Pierlen linnaan, joka sopii erinomaisesti syömiseen, lukemiseen tai rentoutumiseen ulkona. Olohuoneessa on erittäin suuri ja valoisa, ja siinä on sohva, nojatuoleja, TV, stereot ja vanha kivitakka 1800-luvun lopulta.

Kaarella erotettu keittiö sisältää kaiken, mitä tarvitset itsenäiseen lomaan, mukaan lukien astianpesukone. Portaiden yläosassa on kolme makuuhuonetta.

Yhdessä kylpyhuoneessa on kahden hengen makuuhuone, kun taas toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on sekä toinen parivuode että makuuhuone, jossa on 2 yhden hengen vuodetta.

Kaikista huoneista on upeat näkymät.
